The Wolf In Sheep's Clothing

November 24, 2019

The phrase originates in a sermon by Yahshua the Messiah recorded in the Scriptures: "Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." (Matthew 7:15) The sermon then goes on to say that their true nature will be revealed by their actions: "You will know them by their fruits". (verse 16)

Throughout the ages, these "wolves" in sheep's clothing have been called many names: a charlatan, deceiver, a fake, imposter, masquerader, a Pharisee, con artist, double-dealer, whited sepulchre, a phoney ...umm, you get the picture.

"Wolf" suits the man, but we'll go with "IMPOSTER" .. same thing. We find the "imposter" meanings quite suitable for Pope Francis. An 'IMPOSTER" quite simply put is "a person who pretends to be someone else in order to deceive others".

THE POPE PRETENDS TO FOLLOW THE HOLY SCRIPTURES, BUT HE DOESN'T. HE IS DECEIVING US.

We hear a lot of garbage come out of the Pope's mouth, but this week, we decided that we weren't going to let his recent deceptive comment go. He said, "Religious fundamentalism is a ‘plague’.

Crux - Religious Fundamentalism is a ‘Plague’

Well, let's think about this for a minute...

Religious "Fundamentalism" means:

(1) "the belief that what is written in a holy book, such as the Christian Bible, is completely true" (Dictionary.Cambridge.org)

(2) "religious beliefs based on a literal interpretation of the Bible" (YourDictionary.com)

Basically, fundamentalists believe that the Bible is true.

It was the Pope's use of the word "plague" in relation to fundamentalism that really caught our attention. We already know that the Vatican/Pope doesn't follow the Bible or the teachings of the Messiah and his disciples. However, the fact that he was so shamelessly bold in his statement was truly eye opening in that he no longer wants to hide his disdain towards those who believe in the truth of the Bible. What he REALLY announced to the world was this: (1) he does NOT believe in the authenticity of the scriptures and (2) those that do, are to be looked upon as a plague. The word "plague" means: a disastrous evil (Merriam-Webster), a scourge, a nuisance, a troubler, disease (YourDictionary)

Yup! He views those who believe the bible as a disastrous evil, a disease.

The Pope went on to say, "We must beware of fundamentalist groups; each (religion) has their own." He is really speaking about his OWN religion. The Pope doesn't care about other religions. Why should he? He belongs to the Roman Catholic Church. He is globetrotting the world to promote HIS religion. He touts interreligious dialogue but what he is really doing is trying to gather the other faiths into Roman Catholicism. All Roman Catholics are Christian, but not all Christians are Roman Catholic. He's gone to the Chinese, the Muslims, the Buddhists, the Christians, the Jews all in the guise of "let's work together". But, we digress..

Back to the reality.

The Catholic Church has NEVER followed the scriptures. Sure, they take bits and pieces of the bible to make out like they believe in what is written but they have NEVER followed it. Nor do they want anyone else to. Go back and get your history lesson of the Dark Ages when they burned Bibles and would not allow anyone to read a bible for a 1000 years. If anyone was found reading the bible, the Church burned them. They didn't want people knowing that they didn't follow what was written in the Bible.

Read some of these little known facts:

Decree of the Council of Toulouse (1229 C.E.): “We prohibit also that the laity should be permitted to have the books of the Old or New Testament; but we most strictly forbid their having any translation of these books.”

Ruling of the Council of Tarragona of 1234 C.E.: “No one may possess the books of the Old and New Testaments in the Romance language, and if anyone possesses them he must turn them over to the local bishop within eight days after promulgation of this decree, so that they may be burned...”

Proclamations at the Ecumenical Council of Constance in 1415 C.E.: Oxford professor, and theologian John Wycliffe, was the first (1380 C.E.) to translate the New Testament into English to “...helpeth Christian men to study the Gospel in that tongue in which they know best Christ’s sentence.” For this “heresy” Wycliffe was posthumously condemned by Arundel, the archbishop of Canterbury. By the Council’s decree “Wycliffe’s bones were exhumed and publicly burned and the ashes were thrown into the Swift River.”

Fate of William Tyndale in 1536 C.E.: William Tyndale was burned at the stake for translating the Bible into English. According to Tyndale, the Church forbid owning or reading the Bible to control and restrict the teachings and to enhance their own power and importance.

You can do your own research into this matter.

The belief that the Catholic Church was founded on the 'first' pope whom they claim is St. Peter (who's true name was Kepha) is a common knowledge joke because Peter BELIEVED in the scriptures and followed them, as did the Messiah. Roman Catholicism was established by Constantine and incorporated his pagan customs into their fake religion. Of course, their real roots can be traced back to Cain but that is for another blog post.

In closing,... watch and listen what comes out from his mouth...

... back to the word "imposter"
